Election of committee for 2023/24 season
The AGM will take place at St Leonard’s, but there will be the option of a proxy vote for those unable to attend. Voting is open to all members with active subscriptions.

The AGM will take place at St Leonard’s, but there will be the option of a proxy vote for those unable to attend. Voting is open to all members with active subscriptions.
The AGM will be followed by a food and drink social.
A reconvened AGM for the purposes of approving the 2021/22 accounts, following their review by the Independent Examiner.
We will rehearse as usual from 7.30-8.30pm at St Leonard’s, and the reconvened AGM will take place at 8.30pm (when we would usually have our break).
The approval of the accounts will be followed by a cheese and wine social.

The AGM will take place at St Leonard’s, but there will be the option of a proxy vote for those unable to attend. Voting is open to members, i.e. - in the current climate - those who had paid subscriptions (whether termly, or as part of a year’s subscription) for the Spring term 2020.
