Thank you to everyone who came to our performance of Bach’s St John Passion on 5 April in Southwark Cathedral - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! We are taking a break over Easter and will be back practising from 28 April. See the ‘Coming Up’ page for details of what we have in store for you over the coming months.

Our policies

Our choir’s charitable objects are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of music.

In pursuit of these objects, we perform pieces from many different time periods. Since it is not possible to separate music from the history and context of its writing, we perform all pieces as originally composed.

However, we recognise that some of the historic sentiments expressed may not be agreeable to modern audiences. As a choir, we do not seek to espouse the religious or political contexts of the music we perform.

Here are links to our governance policy documents, which describe how we aim to conduct the choir’s business.
